注意事項(xiàng)NOTES

1、該染料在不同溶劑中的溶解度不同，溶解時(shí)受溫度、樹(shù)脂的性能、溶劑的純度等影響。使用前請(qǐng)根據(jù)各自的工藝要求，先進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)以了解其在此溶劑中的溶解性能。

2、該染料溶解后，長(zhǎng)期放置會(huì)有微量物質(zhì)析出，因此取用時(shí)應(yīng)用300-400目濾網(wǎng)過(guò)濾一下，防止析出的物質(zhì)進(jìn)入下一道工序。

3、溶解時(shí)，將溶劑計(jì)量加入溶解容器中，然后將染料分批加入，加畢后不斷攪拌幾分鐘，靜待1-2小時(shí)，再攪拌一下，靜止沉淀。若有未溶盡染料，可再加入適量溶劑，提取可用染料倒掉剩下無(wú)用的雜質(zhì)。

4、在使用時(shí)，要注意選擇最佳的溶劑和溶解方法，否則造成色精可沉淀物多、染料含量低、染色深淺不一等不良后果
