特點(diǎn):

結(jié)構(gòu)：電機(jī)置于上部,研磨筒體置于下部，設(shè)備總高度降低,基座上帶有筒體滑軌，便于操作及維修。大容積砂磨機(jī)同樣具有最佳使用性能和操作性能。無需特殊裝置即可移動(dòng)研磨筒體。
大容量平臥砂磨機(jī)有100L150L250L。
分散器：我們的專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)為您“量身訂制”復(fù)合式分散器組，研磨效率高，并可保證各種耐磨部件超常使用壽命，產(chǎn)品細(xì)度可以達(dá)到微米或亞微米級(jí)。
出料及分離：華銀獨(dú)創(chuàng)動(dòng)-靜組合分離器幾乎不受磨損，保證大流量出料不堵塞，超細(xì)出料縫隙，可用于研磨細(xì)至納米級(jí)的超細(xì)分散研磨。
密封：集成式雙端面機(jī)械密封，密封液與物料相容，保證運(yùn)行無障礙。
筒體：筒體和研磨盤可以選擇不同的材質(zhì)，如：不銹鋼，陶瓷，聚氨酯，超硬金屬以滿足不同的需要。
磨球：可以使用各種不同材質(zhì)的磨球，直徑范圍在0.3-2.5mm之間（特殊情況可以到3-4mm）通常研磨球的裝填量：

Characteristics:
Structures: Motor is placed on the upper part of the machine and the grinding chamber is placed on the lower part, therefore, total height of the machine is decreased. The pedestal is mounted with two slides for operation and repair. A large capacity sand mill possesses the same optimum using and operating properties as other sand mills. The grinding chamber can be moved without any special device.
Large-capacity horizontal sand mill include 100L, 150L and 250L.
Dispersers: We have so high specialized level that we will have a compound combination of dispersers tailor-made for you. It has high grinding efficiency and can be guaranteed that each wear parts have super long working life and products have fineness of micron or submicron level.
Discharging and separating: Combined dynamic-static separator is hardly worn, no block during large-flow-rate material discharging. It has super small discharging gaps, which can be used for super-fine grinding with nanometer level.
Sealing: Integrated double mechanical seal. Sealing liquid is compatible with material, which guarantees barrier-free operation.
Grinding chamber: Grinding chamber and grinding disk are optional for different materials to meet different requirements, such as stainless steel, ceramics, polyurethane, super hard metal, etc.

 

Grinding beads: Grinding beads of different materials can be used. Their diameters are in the range of 0.3-2.5mm (may be 3-4mm in special cases). Normally, filling amount of grinding beads is:

V_beads(cumulative volume of beads) / V_{grinding chamber} (available capacity of grinding chamber)=50~90%

Operation: Centralized adjusting and monitoring of main working parameters.
Cooling: Powerful cooling of the jacket with double water course. Same appearance, but double efficacy.
There are special sand mills used for white products that will not be grayed.
There are special sand mills used for products without metal pollutants.
